Prop bug?

so today, i wanted to get max money, i bought some props. the strange thing i noticed that /matite and all my props, the time never decreased, it was still 30 mins, like this

That can't be, It would be on all properties as it's on one timer system. The timer freezes.

This bug happened before, about a month ago, but unknown reason. But i think this caused the properties not get saved. Sometimes when the owner sold all their properties, the timer continue again. And it might be problem on a property data.

EDIT: I found out it's working again now, So there must be some player that sold all of their properties to get the timer fixed.
But still need to find the reason of this bug.
