[NOT A BUG] Irc !say bug

I was reading on irc untill someone used the !say command, and apparently it said Admin DarkYamato on irc:
How this can actually happen, because he was not administrator on #gamerx channel.

He joined with +o (he was the first user who joined the channel) when IRC server crashed someone removed his +o but that doesn't work the user must be kicked out.

Ok thanks. I got a few more ( small bugs ). When i try /grenade in spawn, it doesn't give me grenades ( i know that ), but it still shows GameTextForPlayer: Grenades!, and also in irc: [11:47:16] <@GX-24> * daan_deurloo (ID:40) swapped an icecream for some Grenades.
This doesn't cost my any icecreams when in redzone . That bug can be fixed i guess.
