[BUG]Fallout & CTF

In Fallout:
If someone kills you before an admin will start it you will respawn with your /sc weapon if you have one.

In CTF:
You can use commands when you respawn.

FOR EXAMPLE: I WROTE /TFT

You can use commands when you respawn.

You need to elaborate it more.

I don't think that the using commands during respawning in CTF is a bug.
