Found this earlier. You can get a vehicle in a minigame.(tested with /rocket2)

This bug was fixed by Rick in a previous update (v4.0.3).

Post again if you think it is not fixed or find another way to spawn a vehicle in a Minigame, Combat Zone or Event.
