So let me come directly to the point, When Player X invites Player Y for a duel and mean while the request is pending and Player Y dies it gives Player X a note which is:
While the Player X can not be invited for duels by other players or can not Invite other players for duels
The Players which invites Player X for duel sees:

And to fix this duel invites problem we have to rejoin. Hope its fixed soon.
