[FIXED IN 4.1.0] Duel Bug

Just found another bug, This bug is actually when you invite someone for duel and the duel starts and ends successfully but after the duel when you get killed you will this msg in chat:

* The Duel Invitation with PlayerX (ID:X) has been automatically cancelled (you died).

and if the duel ends and the other player get killed you get this msg:

* The Duel Invitation with PlayerY (ID:X) has been automatically cancelled (they died).

Hope this bug get fixed, I tested it with 3 players I still get the same msgs in chat.

Fixed in the next update (v4.1.0). Was caused by some new code to delay the deletion of player objects used in a duel.
