OK so the bug is this that if u are in a killing spree and u got alot of it and if a duel request come up or u sent someone a duel.(didn't tested it for pursuits and races) and if u win or loose and come back again to spawns the spree is same gotta fix it Rick please this can be used unfairly.
Don't use it :'(

As long as is in minigames it wont reset

Killing spree doesn't reset at minigames/combat zones/events.

As Tungki said, duel is a minigame, so it wont reset

And i don't think that's a bug, duel system is created as minigame.
