[FIXED IN 4.1.1] speed boost 3.00

if admin enables speed boost in event, and you type kill, you get it outside the event

directional with 3.00 is mad

I used to be the only lvl1 player with speed boost 3 on the server. then robo came...

This has been fixed in the next update (v4.1.1).
