and you can annoy the players by standing on other car with surdboard

I added code in the next update (v4.1.3) to remove any attached objects like the surfboard when a player types the /join command.

I also added code in the next update (v4.1.3) to prevent the /surfboard command from being used if the player is in a race or player race.
