that's his rank level I suppose the text can be changed somehow like players rank level is 6

Yes Cashewz is correct and it could be a another problem.
He may be bugged or admin had enable his GodMode

The trusted player label bug has been on since then. It won't be much of a problem just ignore it, you can check the TPs by typing /tps ingame.

Haha it used to be a funny bug when i was a noob, if a friend had it we were laughing and taking some pics :P

All about this bug. It happens time to time (or very rarely) and its "saved" to player ID (example Player32 with id 12 had this bug so another player which will join game and have id 12 will have TP label Bug)
