Auto Fix BUG!

I Found This Bug Today When Was Free Roaming With Reaper.
So Basically If We Shoot Someone When They Are AFK And Take A Vehicle And Drive Away , After They Come Back From AFK (You are Still On The Vehicle) The System Shows The We Have Shot That Person And Disables AF And Alerts An Admin.
So Please Fix This If You Can Developers.

For the moment we have decided to not worry about this for a number of reasons. The options for messing with afk players are sort of limited by SAMP, also this issue rarely happens and when it does, its accidental.

I may revisit this in the future if a good idea pops up in the meantime.. Anyway, thanks for the bug report !!
