I tried to spawn a nrg in /gr9 but it teleported me underground

This could happen with any vehicle, anywhere. It's a SA-MP bug.

It's a SA-MP bug, or maybe your internet, cause sometimes when u have slow internet is probably that Samp's load can be so slowly also all the /cmds or objects. then you could create an imaginary place and you fall down of the normal world, check your internet too ^^

It is a SA-MP gravity bug which spawns your car underground/in the sky, which I don't know how it is caused, the only way to fix this is to rejoin the server

I think it's due to players that are afk in a car (with a certain car id number), and get their car removed while they are afk. It can also happen if someone is a pausing passenger in your car. The car id number is deleted and then reappears when someone spawns a car which will have the same car id number as the pausing player.
If it happens, the pausing player will appear on your map wherever he is (except if he's in a VW).

As mentioned this is random. It's not really caused by the GamerX code. It can be caused by spawning a vehicle under another object like a roof... you bump into it and are pushed underground.
