That's why the old building should be replaced with the new one (from GXIMG) only when we type /lsapartments.

People only see it as an empty area if they type the command. So only people with the IMG should type it.

There is no way in SA:MP to tell if the player has the IMG file (a GetCustomIMGHash or GetCustomIMGSize function would be perfect).
