Killing bugs

In minigame or some other places when i hit any player with some guns then there health and armor is not decreases bud when i hit same player with same gun after 2 min there power is decreases
My power also decreases immidatly when some one shoot me but when i hit them therw power is not decreases immidatly

Either they have lags or it's a TP/Admin. Or it's a bug ;P

It is all about lags, search Google for lag shoot.

1st - The person is afk
2nd - Either he/she is a tp or admin
3rd - He's bugged
When we see a player like this in 4-5 seconds he/she dissappers and go into the spawn
