[NOT A BUG] skin 238

Today I found out with the help of [AC]Gears that skin 238 is bugged. Guns are useless if one is using skin 238. Today I was having a duel with a player named beEZ, my bullets were useless against him so I told [AC]Gears about it and that player got banned for http://gamerxserver.com/forum/showth...d-for-bullshit.

Suggestion - I guess this is a SA-MP bug so this skin should be removed.


EDIT - Now its okay, idk what on earth made it bugged yesterday.

I've tested it with pirate, i shot on all body parts and killed pirate 3 times already.
Killed 2 medics too.

I tested it too with Toxic_ro and [AC]Gears. Shot on all body parts but was not able to kill them, in this case only rockets are affective.

It wasn't lag, player beEz ( who got banned for "bulletproof" was using skin 238 ), Toxic_ro tested it with me and [AC]Gears tested it too. One can lag but not all.

try it on a clean install of the game, ive had some interesting stuff happen with modded games, like when i open the map in the menu, my game crashes, or when im set on fire my game crashes. sometimes some weird stuff happens.
