Do you use any mods, if so, then that happened because of your mods, but I'm not 100% sure. But it's certainly not a bug from the server, but maybe it's a SAMP bug. :/ Maybe others have an idea...wait for their reply.

It's a SA-MP Bug not a Server problem not even a SA-MP Bug, its called "OP-Code" which happens cuz of your too much mods or some object which file is damaged in your GTA SA. Don't use too much Mods it happens sometimes cuz of mods. Re-install your game if it happens too much. It will help you. It comes up when u are gonna crash and crash makes your game closed.

As mentioned by the others above; It's not a server problem, remove your mods and it'll be fine.
