I Have Problem On Server
My Ping is So Good And All
But When I enter The Server And Play Like 10 Min Its Lagg Or Restar
And When I Enter Another Server its Not Do That

It's not a server bug, try to re-install gta:sa and your sa:mp. Or try to set your settings in lower resolutions.

If you are using any mods them uninstall them.
