Why Race Timer Is Very Fast Time :/?

This with "Race Timer" it's a bug, happens sometimes and will be fixed after server restarts.
Don't worry i am pretty sure, will be fixed soon.

Server restart fixes it briefly, then 2-3 days later it doubles, 5-6 days tipples ... I think its stops once the time has been quadrupled.. would be nice to have it fixed.
