Yeah I see the issue. I guess the only thing that can be done is put a huge fence around the building or if the player falls off it's automatically a loss for them. Other than that I don't think any additional things could be done to prevent this bug.

How would you see the implementation of this fence?

It would be enough for avoiding this little bug. The fence is still climbable but, when climbing it, the player would always die as he would not collide with anything while falling. If you prefer, we can put a not-climbable fence, like this one. (just adding another layer of fence above)
