/para bug

So I was paragliding in /gb2, wrote /para and opened it. Also, after doing this, I typed /nrg while falling then after seeing that:

I decided to drive with my NRG in order to see if my skin would've moved or not and if my parachute would have been removed or not. And I could drive with my parachute on me and I was standing still like on this pic on my NRG.

I think it has nothing to do with GamerX and is just a samp bug

It's useless to say the same thing someone said above your reply.

It's GTA San Andreas bug and GamerX developers can't fix it. The falling animation be still when you type /nrg, /car and any /v NAME/ID. Like drinking from Sprunk in-game. If you pressed ENTER/F to drink and got into your NRG you will see the drinking animation for 2 seconds while he is driving same as drinking on foot.
