Stats bug

I found a bug last night, Every player who logged in as ID 55 he/she will be bugged and I can see his stats above his head. At the first I thought only my clan mate Oussama[M4] bugged he was id 55 I asked him to rejoin the game and another guy logged in as id 55 and I was able to see his stats too ... well sorry for weak english

It is said to be a feature that can be toggled by an admin but i encountered it only while spec'd a player when it was said to be enabled but never while not spec'ing; seems unusual to me also

This feature must works for TPs and Admins only. But im watching it since I'm lvl 1 . Need to notice it shows wrong stats, For example oussama[M4] is a registered player but I see unregistered player above his head ...
