First, actually Blackid found this bug.
I explain, the bug come with /epo command.
When player use /epo on a player object and then deletes it by using /dlpo, /dapo, or /dpo the Edit cursor still on the screen, also you will still have "Using EPO? Yes" in the /track. Even if pressed ESC, nothing happen.
Since it's still saying yes on "Using EPO?" player is unable to join event.
But after player used /epo correctly (without deleting them) the stats will also get fixed ("Using EPO? No")
The same thing should also happen with /eho or /selectobject2 but since they don't use "Using EPO?" stats at all (except /selectobject2 in player object), it doesn't make problem.

/Track command on Any player always shows your own "Using /EPO" status, instead of the player id specified in the /track command.
