[GAMEMODE] Challenge Bug

Challenge Name: Quad-Circus
When joing the challenge for the first time everything goes fine. Once died by striking to the oil barrels, somethings change a bit.

This is the image of the challenge when playing for first time.

Whereas, this is the image playing after death by striking to barrels. Barrels Wont appear.
Barrels appear only after rejoining the challenge. i.e after /leave and /challenge again.

That is how player objects works in SA-MP, that's why event maps with barrels wont be accepted as they do not sync properly... That cannot be fixed.
