Rank Bug

I'd like to report the ranks bug, perhaps you didn't notice that when you level up from rank to other, you didn't really get all the requirements.. let me explain more..
For example my current rank is 21 like this:


I need 2400 kills etc...
But actually I will move to the next rank without getting these requirements.

That means that you have to have 2400 kills in total not +2400
