We are Organization,In Which We Help Other Members AnyTime Any Where.

NOTE:- This Clan Is Started On 20-3-2015 It Means This Clan Is 1 Month Old.

1)Don't Be In another Clan
2) You Must Have Atleast 1500+ Score(You Can see Your Kills by Typing /tr2 In Game)
3) You must Spent Time 80+ Hours In Game(You Can see Your Time by Typing /tr2 In Game)
4) You Must be Register On GamerX Forums And IRC
5) You Must Have Good Skills Of Racing OR DMing.
6) Don't Ask Members To Vote Your Application, If You do That Your Application Will be Denied.

My apologies for cutting you short, but 'course I must clear the things out. There are no such requirements for introducing a clan. Those requirements mentioned by Bloodcell were required in order to have a clan board.
