Naah dude, it's old topic, we just reopened back this forum so everyone is able to make password reset request here!

You guys are talking about the old system. Just go to the password reset request here:

Contacting management was the old system but they decided to bring the password change request section back maybe because it's just so much more convenient.

Anyway that this topic was posted before we returned the board, by looking at the date it was just because bumped by that spammer which is banned now.

The reset password method was insecure, therefore password reset requests were limited and so we must filter and handle the request manually.
