Sorry To Break The Rules Man But He Dont Have Any Forum Account I Told Him But He Didn't Understood Anything He is A Newbie to SAMP

He can register a new account, and then ask an online admin ingame to verify if he/she is the owner of the account and then the admins will either ask a management to reset the password (if it was proven that is the real owner), or stats can be set/transferred manually from the previous account. Still that the details and passwords will not be sent to you.
