When I want to put a profile photo or avatar says it is very large, which page do I get suitable images or how do I make them fit?

I had the same resolution issue too, just try to resize your image to 150x150 and then import it to your profile avatar/picture, it will work fine!

The program i used to resize an image is: Adobe Photoshop CS6 i believe there are "free" sites or programs to resize an image! ^^

You should shearch a picture that has this qualities, or use any program to make any pic smaller

I hope settings of CS4 are same as CS6, i never tested CS4 tbh i just moved directly to CS6. If it works make sure you export the file as PNG or JPEG.
