Try to reinstall the game. It might help i think.

Just Follow these steps:
1.Uninstall the samp and reinstall
2.Uninstall your gta sa because some mods are not remove after you try many tries but they are still installed reinsatll full game
3.Try to reinstall your DirectX.

Maybe it's because of the IMG file you downloaded? Try to put the old SAMP files back in that folder and then run the game.

i have 8gb usb i copy it with no img file im copying older gta sa with no img file its not working
