can't connect to server

hello people, today i tried to connect to the server but it keeps saying "the server didn't respond, retrying..."
and i use 0.3z RC2, what's the probleme?

I think you need to install Samp 0.3z RC1 to play GamerX.

Firewall is on?

If so then try to turn it off and retry connecting
