i searched a lot but couldn't find the id of this building.

The id is 5173 but the yellow building beside it and the basketball court behind it are part of the same object
Btw using GTA SA map editors is a good way to find object id's you can't find anywhere else.
Also keep your 10 cookies I don't need them
