Unable to access to my forum account.

Hi all, I'm UltimateSoldier and since a month I can't access my forum account, don't know why. I've tried to recover my password but the email for the password never comes. I've tried to contact high level admins like management or something but I didn't find any, I did in irc but none there too or none responded. So I've created a forum account to let admins know about this. It would be great if any lvl 9 admins can sort this out.

I did lots of time already, and as I said I've tried to contact a lvl 9 admin but I haven't found any. That's why I created this thread.

Any help from managements?
