Why do my icons look so small?

Also the sniper crosshair looks smaller than usual

I'm using the same resolution I use always, 1360x768x32

with icons do you mean text/font size? If Yes, type /fontsize and set it as you like.

+ I can see your sniper crosshair is modded, its cuz of your mod that it looks smaller.

+ The 3rd link which you gave, I cant see any sniper crosshair in that. (you might've send the wrong link)
