PC got hacked/virus

So guys i got fucked up by a fucking mod that makes ur gta no lag i forgot the mod ghrapics.asi mod from a russian site just recently downloaded
after 2 minutes ingame my PC got fuck . my gta crash then in my screen *destop* a porn image is displayed a man putting his dick in other man i cant open my start and i cant even crtl alt delete my pc
idk know if this virus /hack is only in my screen i think it will hack too into my gamerx account calamity :< .
shit i dont know what to do . i just deleted my pc acc and make a new one :< i dont know if the hacker is still connected to my pc ..
p,s if someone knows how to check this virus or fix this shit please help me :< idk what to do im afraid that my pc will do something again ramdomly and it will mess my gta or the servers i'dd play

try "hijackthis" and "tcpview". With hijackthis you can see and close programs that your pc is running and with tcpview you can see which connections are going in and our of your pc, also see which prgrams are using how much bandwith. Could also get a good anti-virus and then restart pc in safe mode.

How about downloading avast anti-virus and scan the pc...further it maybe able to delete that virus.

You pc got ratted, which means basically a backdoor virus that makes the criminal able to things on your pc that you don't want to.

He can even keylog your passwords and such for example and place a porn video or photo on your desktop background.
