If "name before" means previous name to you, then you have to type your previous names (if you forgot then type what you're remember)

PS: If you don't have any previous name, then you can just skip it

You mean ''name before'' your previous name.Yes you have type for admins to know who you were if you are nice or bad player(if you dont rememeber all then type that you still remember).
