Maybe because of your internet connection or your firewall antivirus is enable,it is blocking.Disable the firewall antivirus then try to reconnect.

Try to connect to any other (random) server. If other servers work correctly. Then connect to gamerx. if other servers are also not working tell me...

MasterBeBo This is From Your Enternet Connection try to Reinstall the Samp Version 0.3z And Check Your enternet speed or if you have a router or broadband or And thing eles check the cables!
