IRC! PROBLEM

HI,
I have some problem with IRC. when i login on IRC and sent any message it say i have been muted. i know that i have not been muted but if yes please tell me the reason.

You aren't muted, You need to identify your account by:

/ns identify YourPassword.

If you didn't registered or don't have account in IRC, Use this to register yourself

/msg NickServ REGISTER PasswordYouNeed YourEmailHere

Later you need to open your email then your registration is completed.

On your email, you will get an email from IRC.tl Network Account Registration, join to the email and copy the command writen, it looks like this: /msg NickServ VERIFY REGISTER testaccount12345 eopixnjrow... so after copying it, go to "irc.tl" on IRC and paste it, so your registration will be done
