Hello there zawad, There are some requirements you need to get first, but after i've checked your stats last time, basically you don't meet requirements yet because your kills (score) is only 103 (Requirements: 1000) and time spent ingame only 1213 minutes (Requirements: 6000 minutes), also your nickname doesn't seem to be registered on the IRC.
