Seems your samp crashes right? Remove all mods and cheats if you have them. Or try to reinstall SAMP 0.3z

Check if ur laptop is 64 bits o 34 bits, If u have 64 bits, move ur Rockstar gamers folder from Program Files(x86), to Program files, Ur 64 bits programs, then try it again.

Also, check if ur gta sa, is with the good compatibility properties, Just go to ur Gta folder, and in gtasa.exe file do right click and choose properties, then go to Compatibility, and select ur Windows version.
