After so many posts, I have noticed a thing below a Player's Profile Picture and His/Her Name.

For Example,

< Name >

Admin Level : ???

OR This

So here are My Questions,

1} What Is Management?
2} Who Can Be A Management Member?
3} How To Join / Requirements To Join Management?

A Manager is a level 9 admin.

There is not any requirement as i know to be a Managment.You have to first become a Trusted Player, click on that link to see the requirement for Trusted Player.

Hardwork will lead you to the Managment level which is level 9.

You have to be a Trusted Player first , then if you are Good Enough you may get promoted to admin level 3 > ...> 9 Which is Management

Management: lvl 9
Owner: lvl 10
