Runtime Error!

So,
Whenever I try to run SA-MP , it gives me this error :

Runtime Error!

Program : D:\Gta San Andreas\gta_sa.exe

this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
please contact the application's support team for more information.

I tried removing the gta_sa.set, I also re-installed GTA SA and SA-MP, rebooted my PC and it still didn't work.

Any help?
