Warning (opcode) , Every time it happens it crashes me

Do you have the Custom IMG File V21 ? With version 21 i had the same problems -_-

If its happen all the times ( in 1 min ) reinstall your game. This code comes before crash this is normal but if the warning happen often thats not normal. Some files wrong with gta, thats my idea.

Delete all cookies/ unnecesary files from WINDOWS and overclock your WD Black and 840 m evo to higher clockspeeds, should be fine.
