my gta lags so hard near the medic spawn , even i /tso to not see the water (because it's modded) but still the same problem.

Maybe you need to delete all the mods or reinstall GTA SA or SA-MP.

Try downloading "Crashes.Asi", it accelerates your FPS in-game..

Causes & Quickfixes.
Very little space on any of the disk drives - free up some space on all your drives.
Bad or old graphics card drivers - update your graphics card drivers (go to RUN, type "dxdiag" to check your specifications).
Fragmented disk - Go inside your My Computer, right click any of the disk drives and go to Properties, go to Tools tab and click "Defragment Now", click Anylse and then Defragment any of the disks you want, I suggest both.

Use Anti Crasher

1. Put into your game Directory (Root) folder.

Game Configuration
1. Start GTA San Andreas game.
2. Open Main Menu and Visual Settings.
3. Set Draw Distance to lowest.
4. Go to Advanced settings and set Visual FX Quality to low, Antialiasing to none.
5. Success.

SA-MP Configuration
1. Go to My Documents.
2. Locate GTA San Andreas User Files, inside it find SAMP Folder and SA-MP.cfg.
3. Open SA-MP.cfg and edit line "Multicore" to 1 if it is 0, to 0 if it is currently 1.
4. Success.

Memory Extent
1. Get CLEO 4. >Click Me<
2. Get JernejL's .asi loader. >Click Me<
3. Download MemoryFix. >Click Me<
4. Add StreamIniExtender.cs in CLEO folder inside your GTA San Andreas root folder.
5. Add StreamMemFix.asi in your GTA San Andreas root folder.
6. Put Asi Loader in your Game Root
7. Done!!!

Low-Resolution Effects
1.Download LQ Effects. >Click Me<
2. Open the WinRar archive.
3. Go to your GTA San Andreas root folder, models folder inside.
4. Drop all files from the archive inside it.
5. Success.
