a new problem :/

(sorry for asking so much questions)

i had many many many mods in my GTA, i removed them all , re-installed it , then i got this problem as you can see , everything is appearing bad,and also the smoke (weapon shots,car drift etc) is appearing somehow green,can you please help me ?

That might just be your resolution, it happened to me at a certain resolution setting. Try changing it and see what happens.

Change your resolution to **** x **** x 32 instead of **** x **** x 16
