I don't understand the relation between this topic and "Ban Appeals" section.
But as far as I understood, I think you desire to change your name on either forum or game.

Change your in-game name by typing /cn command and then a text box will display and ask you about your new name.

Change your forum name by posting a topic in its specified section(Click me) with the the right format(Click me).
