Problem with Custom IMG File

Hello, first of all I'd like to thanks for job which you have done but I have to ask for help... I just have to add that I'm from MTA and I will use these object there. :P
So, I dowloaded "GamerX-Custom-IMG-File-Lite", later "GamerX IMG File Auto-Update Tool", but can't run it:
If anyone knows what should I do please tell me...

Ughm, so if I understood correctly, I have to replece every object manually with the use of IMGTool?
