There is a lot of probabilities for your problem, so you have to diagnose/find the cause. It could be from the type of your video (file extension) which Youtube can't /don't support it. Also, your problem may be caused by your internet (low speed, cable/modem problems .....). Moreover, it can be a server problem (youtube server) so you just need to wait until the problem will be solved or you can use an other web site for uploading videos like : dailymotion ...

try to upload it on dailymotion i upload my all videos on there cuz the youtube is blocked.

and if it takes an hour dont take tenshion just upload it its not possible that 1gb video can be uploaded in 1 second ofc you have to wait or if its possible then um quite sure it must be for other country not for Pakistan.

Well best solution is download and install tor, its beneath its purpose but whould work fine for youtube I guess .

Simple just Copy it in Smartphone then simply upload it using (3G or wifi) network on utube
I also uplod vedios by this method
