Unable to save screenshot

I've had this problem since I bought my laptop. I got Windows 8.1, and that includes two problems when it's about SA:MP;
1; My FPS is locked at 92-93 (I'm not the only one and I don't really care anymore).
2; I can't take screenshots when I am in-game. Every time I press on F8, I get this message; "Unable to save screenshot". (Main problem).

I have a couple of friends from another server, and they tried to help me out for a long time ago, I appreciated it since they tried everything but still, we couldn't solve the problem. Have any of you encountered this? Do you have any friends who have had the same problem as me?

I use windows 7 but i got this answere maybe it can help you

Use Win+PrintScreen button when taking a screenshot.
It'll be saved in: C:\Users\(user name)\Pictures\Screenshots

you have to change the screen resolution to 1600x900x32 in your options game

@Millie_lilou I had to change the resolution to 1920 x 1080 x 32, now it works to take screenshot. The problem is just that the chat is pretty small, but I will get used to me.
