Lag Spikes

Sup guys,

I have a little problem, while i am playing gta samp or few other games sometimes i am having lag spikes.
Usually my fps is average 60 but sometimes like every one or two minutes i am just getting spikes and fps go down to 3-6 for like few seconds than everything go back to normal. Do you gave any idea what's the problem?

Memory: 7680 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)

Turn on "vertical sync" in all games to keep max fps at 60(assuming 60hz monitor). Turn on "triple buffering" in NVIDIA Control panel.

you could be suffering from the "Memory Leak" while playing try opening task manager and open the Resource monitor and check your memory usage. fixing it with Direct X update. otherwise try with 4 x 4 GB ram (8GB).
