go to settings (above of your screen) -> edit profile -> "Custom User Title:" -> and there you can write whatever you want.
But, I'm sure its not unlocked for regular people

i did that after being tp idk it will work for lvl 1 or not but it works for tps and admins.

It's only available for Trusted players and Admins , I do not remember seeing any member ( lvl 1 ) able to change that .
